What Travelers Planner provides
Travelers Planner provides general travel information, editable itinerary suggestions and a way to request planning assistance. It is not a travel agency and does not sell flights, accommodation, insurance or reservations.
Check important information
Opening hours, prices, routes, entry rules, safety conditions, weather and local requirements can change. Route times shown by the planner are estimates. Verify time-sensitive information with official sources and relevant providers before booking or travelling.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your travel decisions, documents, bookings, insurance, health and safety. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or use automated systems that place unreasonable load on the website.
Your trip requests
You retain responsibility for information you submit. You permit us to process it to review and respond to your request. Sending a request does not create a booking, agency relationship or guarantee that we will accept or complete paid work.
Third-party services
The site may link to Google Maps and other third-party services. Their availability, content and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not mean we guarantee or endorse every third-party offer.
Intellectual property
The Travelers Planner name, site design and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may use an itinerary for your own trip and share the site’s built-in itinerary link or PDF. You may not reproduce the site or its content commercially without permission.
Availability and liability
We provide the service on an “as available” basis and may update, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by inaccurate third-party information, travel disruption, provider failure or decisions made from general itinerary suggestions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Any mandatory consumer protections and other laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
